Nonsense. Read the thread it has been shown that the majority of the attacks blamed on pitbulls were infact attacks by another breed or a mix of other breeds.

Pitbulls are no different to any other breed. Pitbulls are only as dangerous as their owner just the same as a gun is as dangerous as its owner. More peope are victims of guns than pitbulls. Are you therefore saying that guns have a "aggressive nature".

In the city I live in I would have been permitted to shoot you dog under those circumstances and I would have.

a gun can't make a descision on its own first of all. totally irrelevant

and yes pitbulls are different then other breeds. they are friggin muscles!!! thats the danger here. they don't attack more, but kill more and do more damage, thats the danger.

now imagine a large segment had pet lions, and they attacked no more then any other breed. but when they did, well you know what happens.. of course people would want to ban them!!!

The FACT remains, PitBulls, right or wrong, get the blame. AND, another FACT is, my comment about insurance carriers denying coverage. AND, another FACT is, housing providers (such as apartment complexes), will often not allow a Pit Bull (and several other breeds) to reside in the community.

Pittbulls are trained by their owners to be aggresive. The owner of a dangerous DOG regardless of it's breed is NO different to the owner of a gun who decides his gun is there to be used as a ferocious weapon in the same way that owners train their pittbulls to be ferocious dogs. Pitballs are NO different to ANY other breed of dog except in the minds of the moronic people who train them to fight or attack.

YET AGAIN you skip over the main point. does it take 8 bullets to take down a golden retriever??? no!!!

end of story. These animals, aggressive or not, once they become violent for any reason (unprovoked, bothered ect) they will destroy whatever they want. not irrationally attack, but destroy anything because they are that powerful.

It can take 8 bullets to take down a German Shepherd or a Boxer or any muscular hunting dog...so what? You saying that because a dog is stronger than some other dogs it is therefore dangerous????????? That would be a silly logic, don't you think?

its not really silly.. saying " because a dog is stronger than some other dogs it is therefore dangerous???"

is a lion not more dangerous than a dog, its stronger. a shark then a fish. if something can do potentially more damage then yes it is potentially more dangerous. thats not silly logic.. thats a fact
