What I find amusing is that a relatively obscure term for a sexual act is allegedly so offensive, but the t.v. is plastered with ads for products aimed at "male enhancement," saying things like, "If you experience an erection lasting
longer than four hours.." A term like "tea-bagging" goes right over the head of your typical youngster, but I wonder how a parent would explain the ads
for Viagra, etc. The tea bag issue is much ado about nothing.

They are upset that so many ignored or laughed at their "tea parties".
They have nothing else.

Excellent point. If I see that "Extenze" commercial with the well-endowed ditz discussing "that certain part of the male anatomy" one more time, I think I'll puke. No one opposes that prime-time, cable-aired commercial? How about the Cialis commercials with the old couple giving each other sly looks, while the narrator discusses "erections lasting longer than four hours" or "doing it on your own time, at your own pace"...? Any opposers? Shall we alert the FCC??
But Anderson Cooper mocking a truly mock-worthy name that a bunch of silly protestors decided to give themselves....oh no!....unacceptable!
I listened to the CNN clip in your post - David Gergen being interviewed by Anderson Cooper - and heard him say 'teabagging' twice - I thought it was GREAT!!!
What on earth is wrong with calling those who attended the TeaParty moronic events as 'TeaBaggin' - I think it was a very clever play on words... and quite accurate - and very very very very funny!!! Go Andersen!!!
The filth (if you call it that) is purely in the mind of the beholder!!! Get my drift???
Are you the head-honcho of morality around here - and whatever you disagree with has to be censored????
WOW!!!!
That's all we need - more censors (homophobic and otherwise) in our everyday life (and NO - I am not homosexual)...
Your post is really funny. Keep it up - I need the laughs!!
Yet I'm certain that if Fox News covered a gay pride parade you'd be completely offended if they identified a few participants in jerseys a as pitchers and cathers or quarterbacks and receivers or merely a bunch of d**es and f**s.
It would seem condesecending terms are the height of tolerance when it's directed at the right.

Folks like the OP have a big time crying fit over Anderson Cooper's funny remarks, but are cool with crap like the NY Post indirectly calling for violence in a possible racist way against the president (because the president is not a neocon repuke).
Explain this to me?
Most of the US probably did not even get what Cooper was doing anyway.
It's funny how you place someone on ignore for their anti-religious bigotry in a completely different forum and the follow you to another forum to comment. Probably more pathetic than funny though.
