So let me get this strait. The DOD just up and does this without BHO's approval? What else is going on he doesn't know about? We're about to get hit with a cap and trade carbon tax that will destroy our economy because CO2 is allegedly warming the planet, but it's OK to fly a 747 and F-16 around to get some cool pictures? With all the left's Hollywood connections, Does no one understand these photos can be updated digitally? My understanding is that an E-1 is currently paid $15,298/yr and we have money for this sort of non-sense?

If this had happened during the Bush administration, you'd have liberals falling over themselves calling for his head.
It was a stupid decision and just another case of the administration wanting nothing more than to be superstars, not leaders.
Its just a case of self absorbed nitwits in the administration who think that people are dying to see more of Obama and his toys paraded around for the cameras. Obama fans have no lives, in their minds, and they need this type of spectacle to feel fulfilled. How could they possibly be bothered to notify NYC officials of their intentions or be expected to know that New Yorkers would be scared by a passenger jet flying low over their city buzzing buildings and being chased by a fighter jet?
I did feel sorry for poor Robert Gibbs who had to trot out yet again and look dumbly at the cameras and try to explain the unexplainable.
