I agree. There are brain differences. For example, gay men have better communication skills than straight men; on the other hand, gay men have higher rates of depressive disorders - similar to straight women.
If gay men have higher rates of depressive disorders, it could be the result of discrimination and society's burdens on this lifestyle, it also could be the result of higher incidence of drug and alcohol abuse, I dont know but have read this is often like you'll find it in minority communities.

Yeah, but the story said that gay men's brains "process" emotions in the same way that straight women do, so I do think there's a real difference there, not just a difference due to discrimination or drug and alcohol use.
