Truthfully, if I were a guy, I'd find breast implants to be gross. I mean, seriously, what's sexy about bags of silicone wrapped in skin?
As a woman, I can't think of one reason why I would ever consider it. What would be the point? Have major surgery, and risk my LIFE, to have bags of silicone inserted in my body, in order to--what?--have bigger bumps on the front of my body? It's inane, at best. A woman whose sense of value is that enslaved to marketing needs therapy, not bigger breasts. JMO.
But in all seriousness, what really matters is the person attached to the silicon.. You would be surprised how many young women these days have implants..
What do women think of other women with breast implants?
How big is too big?
If you had a girlfriend or significant other who wanted breast implants, would you support her enthusiastically, or reluctantly?
Should beauty pageant contestants (like Miss California) be disqualified for having breast implants?
There are times that I feel sorry for a woman who feels badly enough about herself that she would go to what I consider an extreme. Then there are times when a woman is definetly mis-proportioned. It just depends on the case.
I do think with a pageant, its questionable for a woman to be judged on her beauty when that beauty came at the end of a doctors scalpel.
What I think is truly stupid is when people have plastic surgery and then lie about it. My own sister did this, as if I wouldn't notice having known her all my life AND its not like I judge her for it. She is in her late 50s and wanted a little lift after a horrible divorce, why not?
I have heard stories of women who do it because the men in their life WANT them to do it. I wouldn't undergo an elective surgery because a man in my life wanted me to. It would have to be for me and me alone.
How many of these same men who are asking for the woman in their life to get breast implants would also undergo a penis enlargementfor their woman? My guess is not too many, yet they think NOTHING of making comments to the woman about how inadequate they are when the women wouldn't even think of bringing up the same about the man.

Good points. Yes, there are certainly medical reasons for having the surgery. I apologize if my post was insensitive.
