My guess is Sonia Sotomayor to replace Souter. In addition to being well qualified, she has the community organizer roots that would appeal to Obama. And IMO he'd like to see a hispanic woman on the SCOTUS.
The second nomination is the hardest to guess, IMO. But I think he will choose someone who has not been a judge. My choice would be Harvard Law professor Cass Sunstein. That would be an intriguing choice, since Sunstein is a proponent of judicial minimalism. His policy is that judges should focus primarily on deciding the case at hand, and avoid making sweeping changes to the law or decisions that have broad-reaching effects. He's also moderate, so putting him on the SCOTUS could keep it from going to extremes.
For the third SCOTUS nomination, I think he'll nominate Hillary Clinton. Even though she doesn't have a judicial background she would do a good job in this position. He won't nominate her until the third SCOTUS position opens up because he wants to keep her as Secretary of State for as long as possible.
Those are my picks... what are yours?

You have to know that Sunstein won't be one of them since he doesn't believe in bigger and bigger government. I doubt that would work for a big government, Republican either.
I have heard too much about Hillary getting that job. I don't think he wants to let her get that far from his sight so she ain't going either.
I have no suggestions as none of the ones I would appoint will be selected by Rahm and his group.
