Default Are you living in a cave?

Let's see:

In his first 100 days, Obama has gone to Europe and stated that Americans are arrogant. He has placed us in enough debt to choke our great-grandchildren. He sat still and said nothing while Hugo Chavez ranted about America. He is sending financial support to the famous terrorist organization Hamas. That's just for starters............

Who knows if he's even a legal American citizen......he refuses to show the vaulted copy of his birth certificate and he has sealed his records at Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard University. Sounds like transparency and change to me........

He doesn't sound like a candidate for Mount Rushmore to me.

Even the Canadians know we're in trouble:

Long Live the Democratic Party. We will bring this country back stronger than ever.
Do you know that the "rich guys" actually paid more in taxes by the end of Reagan's 2nd term than they were by the end of Carter's term?

This is absurd.
Bush was the worst (p)resident of our lifetime. Obama was elected to undo Bush policies.
The Rs decided to call Obama a god to mock him.
Guess what, he has a high rating.
It's a very easy feat after the debacle that was Bush.
No one on the opposition has called him anything but a man or our president.
This is an absurdity of the Rs making. NYULIB, a misnomer, knows that. I enjoy your dishonesty, nice try.

Nevermind ... I'll save you the time.

It's made up.

The reason the presidents are on Mt. Rushmore is the following:

Mt. Mount Rushmore Presidents (http://www.allblackhills.com/mount_rushmore/mount_rushmore_presidents.php - broken link)
Gees, thats the best you can do, find a typo, and then post a quote that CONFIRMS what I said?

As the father of our country, Washington was selected. Washington also represented the fight for independence, the constitution and our lasting freedom.
Strike 1 for you, independence from what? A Government, a constitution which guarantees our freedom FROM a GOVERNMENT.

Jefferson was chosen because he was the author of the Declaration of Independence which led to government by representation. Jefferson was also responsible for the expansion of the United States by orchestrating the Louisiana Purchase.
Strike 2, The Declaration of Independepence, objected to the King of Great Britian, and objected to TYRANNY over the colonies, i.e. control.

Teddy Roosevelt was chosen because Borglum felt that he was responsible for connecting the waters of the East and the West, by seeing through the completion of the Panama Canal. Selected for preserving the Union of the United States through the Civil War and for his representation of freedom and equality for all,
Strike 3 A Civil War that STATES decided, and for representation of freedom and equality, which includes freedom FROM the government

Lincoln was the final choice.
You didnt post why but I would preclude that this would also have something to do with freedom..

We are born free, endowed with all rights given to us from our founding fathers, we do not rely on the government to provide these rights to us, government can only opress those rights which ultimately limits our freedoms.

Liberals seem to forget that true freedom can ONLY exist when there is a lack of government, not because of government. Have you even read any of the documents these individuals created?

p.s. still waiting for that posting with a link outlawing a firing squad on spies...

We have debt beyond our ability to ever repay. He has nationalized our automotive industry. He is working on nationalizing the banks.

He has totally destroyed the US economy in less than 100 days.

The guy is an absolute idiot.

Are you blind, or what?
I dare you to list 2 things that Obama has spent money on, that you are upset about. I'll even spot you the stimulus - you could make that argument, though I disagree.

One more thing in his budget that upsets you.

And after that, tell me if you would prefer that he makes the budget "look" smaller with the same accounting tricks that were used last year (roughly $400 billion difference).

And if you'd prefer that the financial costs of the wars remain hidden as they had been.

I'd love it if someone who constantly complains about spending could share some information. What did he spend it on? Transparency, lol? Show you a budget without tricks and its freak-out time.

This seems to be your "typical" MO.

You like to twist the truth into sounding like it was what you meant to say.

First ... your Strike 3 above? What exactly did Teddy Roosevelt have to do with the Civil War? Teddy was just 7 years old when the Civil War ended in 1865.

Lincoln was president during the Civil War, and yes, it does mention why he was selected for Mt. Rushmore.

Roosevelt saw the completion of the Panama Canal. How does that fit into your "lack of government" concept? I'm sure you will find a way to spin it.

Remember the words ... "A government of the people, by the people, and for the people"?

It didn't say ... "A LACK of government of the people, by the people, and for the people."

As they used to say on Seinfeld .... "Sorry ... no soup for you"!

By the way ... just for the record ... Obama has already stated that he does not believe in "big government". It's you Republicans who keep spreading the lie that he does.

p.s. what are you talking about "spies"?

obama is nothing more to the extreme left than a convenient reaction to former president bush. he, at this time in history, is simply the puppet of the real power brokers in washington, namely emanuel, reid, and pelosi. bo, serving only at the pleasure of an established washington, is the means to an end for the advancement of an extremely left-wing liberal agenda. the unsustainable resource known as obama---like that of the male black widow spider after mating---will ultimately prove beneficial to neither our country nor his party politic. as with all things flunky obama, "this, too, shall pass!"

what, you might ask, will the puppet get out of the fre'cas? well, as a result of the self-fulfilling prophecy of his reign, he will be extolled as the greatest, most intellectual, progressive, forward-thinking, profound, handsome, sauve, and "cool" president in the history of our nation. of course these descriptives will, for the most part, be more than spin and less than truthful or accurate. such descriptives will serve to perpetuate the "legend in his own mind"; and, his head will be adjudged too big for any place in america other than mt. rushmore! as a national racial cripple, one who is left to stand neither on his own personal merits or volition, obama's self-fulfilling prophecy precedes the way to perpetual sustainable unreal dreams---and, as most know, there is no shortage of narcissists who desire early advance of favorable legacies and who dream the unreal!

Yep - funny side effect of letting people be more successful rather than tax them to death is that they actually pay more $$ in taxes.
