It's the same as a child asking why one of his or her peers has one white parent and one black parent. Just because the kid is curious about it doesn't mean that there is someone around that kid encouraging them to believe that lifestyle is correct (hopefully there is, though).

That says a lot.

They are targeting their business toward a particular clientele.

You won't find a candy dish with oral condoms in an automotive shop OUTSIDE of the gay community.
That's not discrimination, in the legal sense. If you have a problem with companies only advertising in certain publications, then you must have a problem with nearly every business in the world.

Last time I checked, Saks Fifth Avenue wasn't advertising in poor neighborhoods. They must be discriminating against poor people.

Who the hell cares? Go to a different business if you don't like their signs. Sheesh.

Well, then it's up to you to sanitize their environment to your liking. You can't ban everything in the world that you don't like.

Explaining why Jimmy has a Japanese mommy and White daddy is easier to explain why Jimmy has two daddies.

No, they really don't. They associate sex with gender, while they are two different things. If a child is not raised around stereotypical gender roles they only know what they're raised around. They have no innate concept of man and woman.

Years ago it was easier.

You were upset because someone had to explain that a kid had two fathers, right? Is that all it takes to get you upset? You must be upset every day, if that's the case.

Yes, actually it does upset me that an intelligent 6-year old has to be diverted from a conversation about gay sex. Sorry if that bothers you, but it disgusts me that such a young mind has to be subjected to something as unnatural and biologically impossible as two men and a child. Simply put, heterosexual parents shouldn't have to be having that conversation at such a young age. Sorry that hurts your feelings, but oh well, don't know what to tell ya.
