First, you say this isnt a partisan issue, and then you go on to make a partisan argument, which was a STUPID one at that..

Why would the right BLAME Obama for going after someone on the left? Wouldnt it be more likely that someone on the right would give him CREDIT, after all ACORN is very much on the left..

How much money did WE, THE TAXPAYERS just give ACORN under the Obama / Pelosi porkulus bill????

But they would rather have you focused on the AIG bonuses and the so-called crimes of the Bush Admin.

Out of curiosity, are any of the liberal statist propoganda media machines reporting on this???

No, it's not illegal to pay folks to register people to vote in Nevada. There is some provision that it is illegal to pay people based on the number of people registered. In other words, you can't pay people $5 per registration that they turn in.

ACORN did not do that. The people were paid hourly wages. But there was also an incentive for exceeding a certain amount. Every business does similar things to reward people for achievement. Whether a court finds the charges in this case to be warranted is up for question.

I doubt it will go anywhere.

Incentive to register people...

Every business does not register voters, and pay people a "bonus" thereby violating state law.

I guess you missed it the first time I posted it...

Nevada Files New Voter Registration Charges Against ACORN - Glenn Beck - FOXNews.com
[NEVADA SECRETARY OF STATE ROSS] MILLER: When we executed the raid on the ACORN headquarters here in Las Vegas, we came across thousands of pages of documents, e-mails. Within those documents, we found their company policy directive that outlined in — for their employees the fact that they were required to meet certain quotas and that these employees were expected to turn in 20 registration forms per day, otherwise they'd be terminated.

They also had in place a blackjack policy, as you mentioned, that gave bonuses if they met a certain quota.
Pretty straightforward. They had quotas. If you failed to meet it, you would be terminated. If you met the higher quota, you also got a bonus.

The above quote is from the Nevada Secretary of State, who happens to be a Democrat.

Stop cheerleading for ACORN. Committing felonies was part of their written company policy, if you believe the Nevada Secretary of State. You don't even have the excuse that it's a (R) vs. (D) issue this time, either - it seems pretty clear cut that they broke the law and got caught. Be a real man (or woman - don't know which you are) and just admit it.

Yes, but they still blame Obama for ACORN and fake registrations, etc... it's already on this thread. Just open your eyes, STUPID.
