There are many people who scream that abortion, even during the very early stages of pregnancy, is murder. Some call embryonic stem cell research immoral because it is ending a life.

So please look at this picture and explain this to me. How can you be so passionate about your beliefs and support war calling it just or necessary? Shouldn't all people who follow the teachings of the Bible believe that killing is never the answer?

Is this baby just collateral damage?

The silence, as usual, is deafening.

Yes. VERY wrong.

I often think about the children and adults who have been affected by this invasion.

Very sad and my well wishes and thoughts of love go out to everyone who is suffering through this.

Obama has really ramped up the attacks on Afghanistan. That picture, if real, is very sad.

but when i deliberately kill people intentionally, that bumps it up a notch.

Yes, it is. Especially in this thread over here:

Somebody does not answer a post in three minutes at 11pm and this serves as prima facia evidence that the post is too hot to touch? You have ignored your own post for five days!

All life is precious. The deaths are tragic. Killing is never the answer. War is a necessary evil sometimes, however.

Meh... it's not as if humans are exactly an endangered species.

And, "precious" is a little too cutesy a word to describe human life. There are plenty of people, especially city-daters, whose lives I wouldn't describe as "precious."

I do not believe in abortion, the death penalty, or war. I am a Catholic.
