No respect for the non violent preachings of MLK?

No wonder minorities hate the GOP? It's filled with bigots.

Foolish how? Because he didn't do a dog a pony show promoting your religious beliefs?

Go pray on your own and stop requiring Gvt to pray along with you on my dime.

I hate the GOP too. did you have a point? yes, I have no respect for MLK. it has nothing to do with color, it has to do with the fact that he is famous for a sound byte.

no, I don't think he's famous only for a sound byte, I know he is. frederick douglass is 1000 times the man MLK was. people who came about during the golden age of media and television tend to be overrated. MLK, JFK, ect. we also tend to overrate people who die in their prime.

Not one of the few things he did right. He did MANY things right and this is one of them.

Funny, I saw this yesterday and was going to post about it and I think it is not foolish or make him look petty. In fact, he has shown he is even more of a leader because he knew it would upset the religious people. He knows it is wrong to involve religion with the government.

I think Obama's spending the day looking for a "place of worship."
