Diplomacy is an ongoing activity. It is a continuous task and the results are often not immediate. Asking if it is working is like asking if mowing your lawn and spraying weeds is working. It is, but you don't stop after the first 'engagement'.

Anyway, again, this is not new and Obama is not doing anything new. If Obama does not do this, what would you have him do? Depart from what the following have done?
