I was being sarcastic. many on the left will tell you that if you are pro states rights, you are anti union, and therefore anti american. I think states rights are crucial. the federal government should be for nothiong except national security.

You know what is counter intuitive. Wall street went overwhelminingly Democrat in the last election cycle. Do you think that will hold true in 2010?

I think the last election was man vs man.

I think people voted for the most credible person than for any particular ideology.

I think public persona overruled and subsumed all other issues as a foundation for solving overwhelming problems.

In 2010 people will be looking for integrity before party affiliation.

It is my sincere hope that all of the "seasoned skunks" get voted out.

Now, THAT would be revolutionary.
