The Obama administration is weighing plans to detain some terror suspects on U.S. soil -- indefinitely and without trial -- as part of a plan to retool military commission trials that were conducted for prisoners held in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
The proposal being floated with members of Congress is another indication of President Barack Obama's struggles to establish his counter-terrorism policies, balancing security concerns against attempts to alter Bush-administration practices he has harshly criticized.
the far left no longer cares about holding terrorist suspects indefinitely without trial and thus will permanently forfeit the right to squall about bush regarding habeas corpus?
fan-freakin'-tastic
That the current administration actually wrestles with what to do with the roughly 10% of current detainees about whom there is some actual concern stands in stark contrast to a willingness by the previous administration not to consider one damned thing at all and just to do whatever the he!! they felt like doing to whomever they felt like doing it to.

Flip...flop.
So detaining people without trial in side the USA is fine with you but only when they are bad?
Of course the question would be how do you know they are bad since they have never stood trial?
