You are aware that the constitutional test of a persons right to be a US citizen is NOT about where you are born but the citizenship of your parents. The reality that his MOther was an American citizen, makes the President a citizen.
Check out the precedents. Mitt Romney's Father was allowed to run for president even though he was not born in the US but his parents were American citizens. There are many more but I will let you look it up.
Actually, if you are born in the US, you are a citizen, regardless of your parents' citizenship(s). If you are born outside the country, the citizenship of your parents is taken into account in making a determination, e.g. Romney, John McCain, and many others.
More proof that Obambi needs to provide a real BC. That would make the issue go away.
Oh, for crying out loud! He did provide one, last summer. The "birthers" immediately denounced it as a fake. They'd do the same with anything he provided. Why can't we just believe the State of Hawaii?

Issue, wasn't aware of one... Of course you neoCONS are the only ones I hear of that are how shall say, oh sour grapes comes to mind raising a stink over his birth... I believe that if you were to witness his mother spreading her legs on the birthing table that you would still question. Let us call it what it is, you neoCONS cannot fathom that he won and won big. Again, just a minority of sour grapes that plague are society thankgoodness...
