Anyone who thinks this is in anyway justified is a fool..It takes a real tough guy to kick a compliant guy in the head.

I'm glad it got filmed. I seriously doubt if this was this cops first time using excessive force. I hope it's his last.
It was a cop from the El Monte police force who kicked the guy. El Monte is struggling with fiscal issues. Now the city will be sued because of one cop's idiocy. The cop may very well get fired.
Oh, you know the city will be sued and the perp will more than likely get a substantial award. But these Billy Badasses don't understand that.
