Fool would be a nice way to put it. Reading some of these threads reminds that there are some freakin idjits in this world and an abundance on the CDF.

i got plenty intimate knowledge about cops by the way...

some posters really dont get it.

its unacceptable because cops should act rationally.

its unacceptable because the guys was not a threat.

and its unacceptable becasue this
LEAVES THE THUG WITH A CHANCE TO GET RICH OFF OF TAX PAYER MONEY.

you know hes about to get a good lawyer. cha-ching because some hyped up cop couldnt control himself (they are trained and told how to control the adrenaline resulting from a high speed pursuit)

thats why its really unacceptable.

not do yall get it.

Too bad it got filmed. The jerk put hundreds of people at risk of their lives. He deserves a lot more damage than a small kick to the head. I'll donate to the cop's defense fund. Where can I mail the check?

The truly ironic thing is that these same posters will turn around and proclaim how much they believe in American ideals, justice, freedom and the Constitution.

I'm glad it got filmed. I seriously doubt if this was this cops first time using excessive force. I hope it's his last.

It was a cop from the El Monte police force who kicked the guy. El Monte is struggling with fiscal issues. Now the city will be sued because of one cop's idiocy. The cop may very well get fired.

Oh, you know the city will be sued and the perp will more than likely get a substantial award. But these Billy Badasses don't understand that.

the guy who got kicked will get an award. he will be raped for years to come. like I said, innocent people don't run.

speaking on behalf of the ironic crowd, I noticed no one said anything when another poster pointed out that the cop was innocent until proven guilty. any thoughts on that?
