During his campaign, President Obama made many promises to the Left. Do you think they are satisfied with him so far?

I think Obama is laughing at the American anti-war movement...

I'm pleased; I never expected perfection. IMHO he is a fresh and vibrant presence, and one who has already redefined the face of America in global terms. Like boiseguy, I'm much happier than I was last
October.

I'm center-left and VERY pleased. I never considered him far-left (wouldn't have voted for him if I thought he was) and it seems to me that he's governing from the center - just as I figured he would.

Things will be interesting. America is being shaped by changing demographics. With 78 million baby boomers retiring and with the loss of their tax dollars it will be more difficult to have the type of big government expansion that many on the economic-left tend to favor. This will include a gov't run healthcare system. Where will the money come from now?
