I saw the thread on obamaphobia, and I agree that it exists. but has anyone seen a lot of bush blame phobia? the people who think that the world was perfect before 2000. the people who think that bush controlled the price of oil. the people who think bush forced people to borrow more than they could afford. the kanye wests of the world who think that "george bush doesn't care about black people." has anyone seen a lot of this, even though bush is no longer in office?

I am no fan of bush, but I think the blame phobia is funny. I am sure that george w. bush will be barry's number 1 talking point in 2012. democrats still might be talking about him in 2016.

You should have made the poll public, but that's alright. I'm glad to announce that I voted "yes". I wasn't a fan of Bush's, but it was clear that some people would have blamed him for anything. Remember when some people said that Hurricane Katrina was Bush's fault because he hadn't done enough about global warming?

Yes.

But some of the blaming is actually legitimate.

yeah, they did a whole south park making fun of that. the whole lending thing is what I find the most entertaining. bush didn't hand anyone a credit card with no limit, but you would think that he had.

Of course it exists but when you screw up as much as Bush did, it's hard to diagnose.

you can blame him for that. I am talking more along the lines of katrina, and people's individual irresponsible behavior.

....and his appointing a horse show judge to head FEMA had nothing to with the NO response and the entire debacle..outing the CIA Agent and covering it up etc...oh yeah, that whole torture thing and his inability to catch Bin Laden. Not to mention how we alienated our allies..Let me stop, I could be here all day.
