To the knee-jerk Faux defenders - Jesse Ventura's been waterboarded, in SEAL training. Have you?
Oh MY God! And he survived that HORRIBLE TORTURE? But not without brain damage.

Go Jesse..The right shows how paper thin their defence is when properly challenged and taken off their talking points.

What a coincidence that formerly pro-torture Christopher Hitchens sustained THE SAME EXACT EFFECT .

Seems that anyone who goes through waterboarding doesn't come out using liberal esoteric Bill Clinton lawyer talk like "enhanced interrogation techniques". Quite the irony so called "conservatives" use this liberal lawyer-speak.

It's nice I can now enjoy and appreciate Jesse ...now that he's NOT the governor!

Have you been waterboarded? If so, sounds like you wouldnt call it torture. Why not?

Dick Cheney isnt a conservative? He's a liberal Bill Clinton type? How sweet.
KOPPEL [on Cheney's watered-down euphemism for waterboarding]: I think fundamentally that's where my greatest disagreement with Vice President Cheney comes. You know, it's almost the moral equivalent of saying that rape is an enhanced seduction technique. It doesn't change the fact that it is a brutal and violent act, and it shouldn't change the fact when we're talking about torture either. Simply to call it something that sounds less brutal doesn't make any difference. And I would make one other point. If indeed the argument is that we have to employ such techniques because of the danger of what could be threatening thousands, or as the Vice President put it, hundreds of thousands of Americans, then why hesitate at the threshold of the dungeon? You might as well go all the way to the red-hot pokers then.

He is pretty dern liberal, I'll tell you that. Not on abortion and gay marriage, but on WAR and spending (TARP). But, what I am trying to imply is that many so called conservatives are using esoteric feel good liberal terms to redefine policies such as torture.

You mean Nanci Pelosi's truth? Ventura is a wimp. Going on an ultra left wing show with a bunch of cackling hens to say what they already agree on is a true mark of a man. Why doesnt he go on O'Rilley's show and try to promote his p*ssywhipped agenda?

I always thought that Fox News was a ultra left wing show. Hannity too. Damn those cackling hens.

Guess I've been watching the wrong channel for my broken winged words of the day.

The right? Mrs Uber-lefty herself approved of waterboarding.
