A fancy term for torture, ya think?

How do the people conducting the interrogations figure out what is valid information and what are false confessions? How can anyone tell if the information is valid or not?

Sorry but I dont lose, you do..

She was found guilty of violating a military code of conduct and was court martialed, not violating "torture" laws..

Again, your jumping from one subject to the other to try to make an argument without understanding (or complete ignorance) of issues.

Because they test for accuracy by asking the terrorists for answers that the interrogator already knows to be true..

I think after 2 minutes, or 14 seconds (which I believe I heard as being the average), I'd surely give up any information that I have. Whats the point? Not wanting to go through mind altering interrogation doesnt mean its illegal..
You said you would give up anything you know. Kudos on that. But what if you didn't know. What you say whatever they wanted to hear?

Then it sucks to be them, what if your put in the electric chair for killing someone you didnt kill? Punishment suck to the innocent, and sometimes its best to simply make sure your not in a situation that makes individuals believe your guilty.

Sure it happens, but the fact is, out of 245 prisoners, they waterboarded 3.. ONLY 3..and the fact that they ONLY waterboarded 3 means they were very well targeted individuals for the information that we knew they had. The fact that lives might have been saved confirm that they obtained necessary useful information.

If we were waterboarding, or "torturing" for the sake of doing it, we'd have 245 complaints but we dont..

What the hell does that have to do with Mrs England?

I dont give a crap what Holder and Obama says AFTER the fact, especially considering that they both are grandstanding while NOT taking action..

Obama could have had the LEGAL definition changed by now to GUARANTEE that in the future there isnt any confusion over the definition.. Why has he NOT made it illegal.. Tell me?

Are you incapable of reading the LEGAL definition and determining ANYTHING for yourself? Do you always have to rely on someone elses opinion? Man, not being able to think for yourself must suck..
