Yeah, it doesnt say that YOU said no one innocent was executed, but you thought to just ramble on and on and on, to argue with me over it even though you now proclaim that you agreed with my statement. Man, you better get checked for multiple personalities.
Do you know the difference between attorneys who PROSECUTE and attorneys who DEFEND, as in prosecutors and defense attorneys?
Prosecutors (state attorneys, district attorneys, people who WORK for government prosecutors) argue that no innocent person has ever been executed or that there is no proof that an innocent person has been executed, therefore, the death penalty laws do work just fine. OF COURSE that would be their position. They send people to death row.
Defense attorneys who have worked death cases, and anti-death penalty advocates are the people who state that, yes, indeed, many innocent people have been executed. HOWEVER, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to PROVE in a court of law that someone who has already been executed was innocent because AFTER a person has been executed, or dies from natural causes, cancer, heart attack, etc. on death row, ALL THE BOXES OF RECORDS ON THEIR CASE AND THE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE IS DESTROYED, which leaves almost NOTHING for anyone to work with in order to continue to investigate and prove that an innocent person was killed/executed by the state.
If you really understood any of the above, you would not have been at all confused by my posts. What I said in those posts is very consistent.

No **** mr homes.. Stop going in darn circles to try to cover up what you previously said which was that first prosecuting attorneys assert that no innocent individual was ever killed, and then you claimed that you agree that there were, which AGREED with my statement..
wtf are you trying to prove, that your the best spinner and lier on cd because your arguing with someone you agree with?
and all of this because I stated that being innocent and executed must suck, as if it wouldnt suck...

"lier"????????? LOL LOL Got a dictionary?
Yeah, I guess if you simply think that it "sucks" to be executed for a crime you didn't commit, then clearly you would support torture, and you obviously cannot comprehend the difference in degrees of severity.
I would suggest that it is far more serious to be executed for something you didn't do than just it "sucks".......you know what I mean?
You've officially become the first person here on cd to be ignored. My only hope is that your not a judge, because if those you've sentenced ever catch wind of your postings, they would be entitled to an automatic re-trial due to incompetence..
