Don't forget that Obama has stated that the Constitution has "deep flaws".
That speaks volumes for his intent.
Remind me again how many times the Constitution has been amended? One of those amendments fixed the constitutions flaw regarding slavery... the flaw to which Obama was referring.
How about the 10th amendment with Obama's unlimited power?
It was the Bush administration that moved to greatly expand executive power. So if you supported the previous administration for expending executive power what has changed? Is it that the new POTUS is a Dem?

Just thought I would bring this up..Personally, I think some liberals who think nothing of destroying the US constitution so that Foreigners dont feel uncomfortable.
What an irresponsible and ill informed position. You can look to GWB for the Patriot Act which is one of the most undermining acts towards the Constitution. With a quick look... if you open your eyes from those rose shades you will find many other acts to undermine the rights of Americans put forth by your cherished Right wing extremists.
I for one look at the acts and actions of all parties and reserve the right ot reach my own conclusion towards their upholding the Constitution.

And yet...the supreme court seems to do NOTHING about this (as you call it) an undermining act towards the constitution. Not even a die hard liberal like Ruth Bader Ginsberg has anything to do with it. Why is that?
Which amendments are liberals seeking to destroy, besides the 2nd with regards to some?
The First Amendment by labeling religious speech opposing homosexuality and gay marriage hate speech. Both the free exercise and establishment clauses are targets since they are working tirelessly to remove any and all things religious from daily life and forbidding any religious expression in the public schools and thereby also establishing Atheism as the state religion. The Obama campaign is famous for jamming radio station call in lines because they don't like who's on, and now the Congress is attempting to recreate the fairness doctrine in some new form yet to be seen so as to silence conservative talk radio (hush rush legislation). Everything they've done since taking office has been a back door power grab including the the now famous claim that since we are broke, we need to nationalize the private health care system to save the federal government money. That violates the Ninth and Tenth Amendments. There's more, but you get the idea.
Fanatical liberals aren't a threat; fanatical LEFTISTS are a threat.
America is the only country in the world where "liberal" means left.
In Europe, Latin America, Asia and elsewhere, "liberal" means more capitalism, more property/entrepreneurial rights, a smaller welfare state; ie conservative.

Over here, that would be libertarian. Socially liberal and fiscally conservative.
