Crazy.

But at least he nominated a woman of color.
Since the Supreme Court has been populated with a number of Justices and constitutional scholars over the last 60 or so year that have found fault with the wording of the 2nd Amendment, she will be in good company.

And how does a judge, whos decisions are constantly overruled by higher judges as unconstititutional get nominated to the Supreme Court?

She is also a racist. She said a Latino woman can make better decisions than a white man. I am sure no one with any common sense thought hussein obama would pick a real judge that follows the law instead of injecting liberal activist views.

Not doubting you, but can you offer a citation where she used this racist comment?

Wow. This is a terrible choice in my opinion if she can truly believe this garbage.
She wrote that as a LAW STUDENT some thirty years ago... and it was/is a commonly held view among many, many jurists. It does not matter now because the SC has stated that gun ownership is an individual right. C'mon... do better.

Ohh it's just fully accepted that the constitution is just a piece of paper now, despite the misquote and rhetoric for the past 8 years.

And yet for all the time before that the 2nd amendment was clearly understood....and the actual authors own words on what the 2nd amendment meant seem to mean nothing nowadays....odd.

Funny how once leftist ideology became more commonplace this confusion arose.

Can someone explain to me what do they think was implied by inclusion of "well regulated militia" in the second amendment?
