Rogue nation... well the list is rather small to begin with.

I don't consider Iran to be a rogue nation by any definition, and while I find Pakistan far more troubling that any other, I would have to agree with N. Korea as having the honor. But I don't think that Korea is crazy nor do I think that it's leadership is insane. They may be playing in a game which, in the end, they will find themselves in above their head, but their course of actions have been progressively rational based upon the goals that they seem to have set out to achieve.
