Wasn't that case about nunchaku not guns?

And the ruling was that they are not "arms" within the meaning of the Second Amendment.

Or maybe I am reading the wrong case or a later appeal.

Wrong case: Maloney v. Cuomo not Sanchez-Villar.

Niether is reason for losing sleep.

Um...an auto sear is pretty dern easy to mill. A piece of metal, spring, etc to push back the disconnector as the bolt carrier goes forward. Not that I own any...

A pre-ban + homemade auto sear = realistic AK clone

Of course, the "tie string" method works for some, but is VERY dangerous as slamfires are a real possibility.

I smell blood in the water and say she can't be confirmed.

Funny how Barry figured she was a shoe-in because of her sex/ethnicity. Bwahahahaha.

I'm going to start popping some corn now.
Ms. Soto? OMG How old is this freaking thread?

Maybe if someone would necro a thread from nearly 5 years ago, I'd consider it.

You?

What is it with the resurrection of this old garbage?

Don't we have enough current garbage to argue about?
