Has anyone ever heard of a plea called "sand oval"? I dont know if i have the spelling right, but i am trying to find out exactly what this plea is and what the outcome - sentencing is. I have tried effortlessly looking online, with no luck. If anyone has any knowledge on it, i would appreciate it.
Thanks so much. That must be it. Maybe you can answer a question for me? I was just informed that a person (offender) was given a paper from the DA to his attorney for "sandoval". He has not gone to trial yet. Just had his arraignment and is in jail awaiting trial. Do you know why they would introduce this is at this time. He has a "not guily" plea in at his arraignment. This seems to me, that from reading this article, once you take a plea offered to you, by pleading guilty, you can not overturn that plea to "not guilty" if your not satidified with the outcome. Do I have that correct?
