I like your supposition, but it's called "nobama" because the person who created the web page named the page "nobama".
Open the link again and look at the page name on the tab.
The link takes me to a page called shininglamp dot com/page2.html, other that what you see below it is a blank page with no video links, maybe it only works with IE which I refuse to use.
