Did either of these two shooters fit Napolitano's profile of a domestic terrorist, I. E. returning military veteran?

Well, it's not everyday that a muslim terrorist shoots and kills soldiers/recruits in the cities of America. You would think bambam might have a few words to say or maybe some condolences for the families of the dead and wounded.
His silence points directly to where his concerns truly are.

How do you know this guy is a "terrorist" beyond the way any shooter is a terrorist? The FBI hasnt determined his status yet. If he was just one guy with a grudge, then that guy who was inspired by Rush and Sean to shoot up the "liberals" at the Unitarian church was a terrorist, too....a Christian-Conservative terrorist.

The suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of one soldier and the critical injury of another at a Little Rock, Ark., Army recruiting booth today was under investigation by the FBI's Joint Terrorist Task Force since his return from Yemen, ABC News has learned.
The investigation was in its preliminary stages, authorities said, and was based on the suspect's travel to Yemen and his arrest there for using a Somali passport.
