While the speech may be a catalyst for long term change and peace it's not much more than that. Action will reconcile the damaged relationships, while this is certainly plausible and Obama does deserve credit for hit efforts what happens long term isn't in his hands alone. Change is only going to come with significant action from all parties involved. Just my opinion.
