What is it that you feel I am excluding? The same groups that spawned this guy and roeder also hate homosexuals and would like to kill me as well. Therefore, my statements are indeed germane to the subject at hand: Ending right wing extremism.
Aside from implying that only right-wing extremists ever commit acts of violence, and that something beyond the enforcement of the law is called for in this or any other case of homocide, you're spot on.

The Gay lobby is alot more powerful than the Christian lobby in the U.S. If a public figure in the media whether they are a politician, Hollywood entertainer, or sports athlete, said negative things about homosexuals than their career would be in jeopardy and they would be forced to make a public apology or be threatened to never work in this town again.
If you are a public figure in the media than you can bash Christians all you want and there will be no consequences because it will not hurt your career.
Bashing gays is career suicide while basing Christians is not.
So then, why do almost all US politicians (Jews excepted, and the tiny number of Muslim and Buddhists also excepted) claim to be at least nominal "Christians"?

There are more open gays in politics than open atheists.
Why has there not been a non-theist US president since Taft ( he said that he did not believe in Jesus Christ but still got elected anyways...as a conservative Republican....in 1908! Could anyone imagine the conservative wing of the GOP supporting a non-Christian today?)
A quick google on James Wenneker von Brunn pulls up several racist groups who seem to idolize him. Stormfront calls him a "White Racialist Treasure" for his biography "Kill The Best Gentiles".
