The picture of the man they are showing looks to be in his 60s. Maybe we better wait until they know who they have.

I don't think he got into the actual museum with the gun, since it says he shot a guard. Probably started shooting at the entrance.

They have not absolutely confirmed this is the guy. The picture they are showing looks like a man in his 60s unless this guy was VERY well preserved.

Seems he was a pretty violent, hateful person to begin with, if you read up on the guy.

There was both too much information and not enough in that MSNBC news blurb that had been linked to/posted.

The article was just sloppy journalism. That's all I was saying.

Another senseless act of domestic terrorism by another radical right wing extremist group. These groups sure do create and foster a lot of "lone wolves".

It's time for a major crackdown on these groups and their hate-filled incendiary rhetoric that is designed to incite people to acts of rage and senseless violence.
No, it isn't time to install a police state because some lone individual shot someone in public. This is exactly the kind of response the government wants us to have. The lone nut jobs are hardly the problem, they are blown entirely out of proportion. Start at the top--where the real criminals and sadists are--and work your way down.

Who knows which groups to target? That's a slippery slope! And when would it stop? This is NOT the right approach.

Us logical folks knew exactly what you were saying. It's the small minds in the liberal camp that can't process that much logic without blowing a gasket.
