I don't like Limbaugh but Matthews is pretty weak in his characterizations and even weaker in his attempts at comedy. Dick Cheney has a well defined sneer but I'm not sure I see him as a troll. And Newt is pretty average looking without any real distinguishing traits. His joke was about as funny as Letterman's comments about Sarah Palin and her daughter, more mean and stupid than anything. I've heard Rachel Maddow make funnier and more biting comments and she performs on a middle school level.

Yikes I didn't blame Obama for anything. I simply pointed out that we were supposed to be more united under Obama and it hasn't happened. Or perhaps you think we are more united?

Sorry, your post sounded like you were blaming Obama. I'm so used to seeing other posts where people blame him for hate groups, violence, etc. No, I don't think people are united however I don't know of any time where people of all political parties were ever united.

I thought they were some of the most colorful and descriptive comments he's ever made. I pay pretty close attention to what he says. He really has a talent for describing people and situations in a unique way.

Hey it is as silly to blame him for hate groups as it is to blame anyone on the right for hate groups.

No wonder Chris Matthew's ratings are in the tank.

I agree. While I may say things about the views, thoughts, ideology of republicans in reality I blame individuals.
