What the hell is wrong with these people?

Not much longer. The silent majority is watching and not amused by what is going on. The democrats who once stood for tolerance are now attacking up and down the political line to using ways which only a few years ago would seem outrageous. All the poisons which lurk in the mud have hatched out.

I can't believe you wrote that. This isn't the 17th Century.

These far left radical liberals are probably only 10% of the population. By our numbers (if we got off our butts) we should be able to drown them out. These left wing radicals are the least tolerant and the most hateful. The worst is the influance they are having on the youth.

Wait til interest rates shoot up in 2010, and the price of gas skyrockets, and inflation sets in. Moderate DEMs are gonna be thinking back to the old adage about DEMs =spending and taxing, and GOP = lowering taxes, controlling inflation and creating prosperity. Obama, et al, have proven that DEMs will tax us all to death and cater to unions (down to bailing out their pensions). People will be thinking about how bad it is w/ a national debt so big our great grandchildren will still be trying to pay it off.

All this smirky attitude and name-calling WILL come home to roost, but it won't be b/c of a thing the GOP does or doesn't do - it will be b/c DEMs themselves are sick of their own party abandoning them.

As for the GOP - best they find someone to represent the party who is a centrist - and cut out the nuts on the far right.

From what I've heard here, from some, it's what they want.
A return to the glorious past.
Where white christian men ruled, and everybody else, didnt matter.

(I remember the outrage when Kennedy was elected. Too bad they didnt have the internet to voice their comments then, you would see, it sounds about the same)

And it would be intolerable if Rush, Hannity or Savage came close to any of this.

Very poetic of you, but I don't think much has changed:
