Are the drug czars implementing policy as directed by the executive branch which in turn was empowered by Congress to do so?
That is, Congress passes legislation, President puts together policy to see that the legislation is implemented, and appoints certain people who've been nicknamed "czars" the responsibility to follow up that the legislation is implemented.
"Ever since this practice of appointing czars began years ago, it has always been considered possible that they are all unconstitutional. These czars were few and far between, and rarely did anything that seriously ruffled any feathers. "

Yeah that is a really weird argument. They may be unconstitutional but they don't do anything anyway so it doesn't matter. Well what if one does something then what?
Isnt Obama suppose to be this big constitutional lawyer? That he would understand it better then anyone else because he taught it / gave speeches in a class room about it. Whatever you wish to call it these days
The Affirmative Action President is utterly clueless with regard to the US Constitution, as his recent actions clearly indicate. When the Boston Globe asked all the candidates 10 very specific constitutional questions in 2008, Obama got 9 out of the 10 questions wrong. Obviously a product of Outcome Based Education. After all, "it isn't about what the US Constitution actually says, it is how you FEEL about the US Constitution that matters."
I can't speak for all liberals, but I generally ignore news like this because it's simply not that important.
Interesting you find the fact that there is more and more Government intrusion into every aspect of society not important.
