I see it as illustrating the very human characteristic to want that which is forbidden to us--something that has been with us since the Garden of Eden.

So men in other words cannot resist the apple no matter how hard they try!!! We are just doomed to always try what we are told not to. If that were the case we would all be herion addicts. Fear is man's fence used to keep us penned up like the wild animals we are. How many children are told don't touch the fire it will burn you. We all try to touch that flame at least once in life, and learn the hard way. That is mans nature. Although most children that are taught to look both ways before they cross the road don't stop from going into the road, they just look both ways before they do. I wonder if Adam looked both ways before eating the apple?Or at least thought he did. Maybe it was a women fooling him by saying no cars coming honey it all clear!!!

i dunno, i always have a hard time with this stuff because i am always the one to go against the grain... That said, from what i observe, people do like to do this kind of thing. BUT I REALLY WANT IT, ok have it.. no i don't want it anymore, and then vise versa. I would like to think though that after one or two mistakes people mostly figure it out, i do anyways.

I try to apply logic though, some one says no, i would like a sound reason, if it makes sense, i will adhere to what they say, if it doesn't make any sense, i'm not going to follow what they are saying, that simple. Honestly, many of my friends seem to be that way... but like, literally all withing a year of me, ether younger or older.. otherwise, its like i stated above, from my experience
