Sometimes I wish I were just shallow enough to watch networks like Fox, or programs like The View ... but I've never been one to rush into the extremes too quickly, or even at all.

Extremes, fantasies, facades ... that's all television is anymore.

I haven't really watched it since the early 80's. .. even then, it was somewhat marginal.

The days of real news ended back in the late 60's early 70's.

You should probably explain why you are calling someone a liar, otherwise you just look like someone throwing baseless insults around, who should be promptly ignored.

Let me remind the left wing mobsters here that Fox ratings are double and triple of your beloved communist stations called CNN and MSNBC.

Fox has ALL of the top shows on TV, OReilly, Hannity, Beck and the list goes on and on.

Obama even watches Fox because he knows they are fair and balanced and by gosh they are the top rated channel on the tube and he knows it.

Yes because top rated=fair and balanced.

Why do you assume we will care that Fox News has the highest ratings? All that means is that they are the most entertaining channel... And I don't really watch the news for entertainment. Maybe thats why republicans don't take this governing stuff very seriously, cuz its all just a fun game to you people.
Well I'll just keep sticking to my boring news cuz I'm not really interested in seeing how Hannity or O'Reilly can spin the next story in their favor, it gets old after a while.

Explain how O'Reilly "spins the next story in his favor." This should be entertaining!

Sure I'll explain it. Watch his next show, thats my explanation. And quick question for another poster, what are conservatives' general view on the "status quo"?

You never know if number are true or not...from both sides, but what I know to be ture is when I go to stores, fast food restaurants, car dealers and all have the channel on Fox News, that was so nice to see and that is telling me a lot. Before it was either a local channel or CNN...no longer

They all got it, Fox News is the fair and balanced channel.

Most other channels think Obama is still running for the presidency and have to promote him and Bush is still in charge. Just as Obama is not realizing he is the president and is still bashing and blaming Bush.
