This next generation seems to be lacking common sense and self direction for them to have to be paid not to increase the teen pregnancy rate. This country is slipping deeper into its own dark age. Reason is disappearing fast.

it sure is, but didn't the article say that it had something to do with UNC-Greensboro? that would make the kids college aged, and 18 is legal in every state. so that's not a felony. plus this is NC, and I think 16 is consent.
I thought Government finances were tight! It just goes to show that the law prohibiting underage sex is a sham. What next? Paying dirty old men $10 a day to leave little girls alone?
