Remember when Bill O'Reilly and Barney Frank almost killed each other on national television? It was, without question, one of the greatest moments in world history, if only because it inspired this Lil' O'Reilly skit. Tonight they met again.
I'd rather waste 200 billion on bad home loans than waste 200 billion on another illegal war. At least young Americans don't end up in flag draped coffins when condo owners miss a mortgage payment.
thats wrong, we spend 690,000,000,000 in Iraq, would have paid for 2/3 of the health care plan...

Later in the interview Frank suggests that UHC be partly financed with cuts from subsidies to wealthy farmers. Wow, what a great idea, but it seems I remember someone else pointing out that those subsidies should be cut. Now who could that be? Oh, that's right.....

Free elections to the east and west of Iran, now a potential nuclear terrorist state is on the brink of a civil war to remove the government that is taking them down this road to destruction. Get a clue. How many millions more must die because of Islamo-fascist theocracies hell-bent on final world conflict? Bush did the right thing and democracy is blossoming in the heartland of tyranny. We don't need a UHC and can't pay for it. The only reason BO wants it is to make independent Americans dependent.

I would hardly call any of Iran's neighbors sterling examples of democracy. Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan? You can't be serious.

No, Palin was completely wrong about her fruit fly claims (what a surprise), and grants to support fruit fly research are a far, far cry from the millions of dollars in corporate ag subsidies that enrich Big Ag at the expense of both taxpayers and second and third world farmers. Bush refused to accept lower caps on farm income to be eligible for subsidies. Now that he's gone, maybe we can get rid of these Freebies for Fat Cats and use the money for something more significant than lining the pockets of the already rich...

No, he's not serious... he has no clue about the Middle East and is parroting Krauthammer and the other neocons who think democracy can be exported by force... somehow they believe that everything in the world can be controlled by US actions... like if Obama condemns Iran, the thugs will stop shooting.
Barney Frank wiped the floor with O'Reilly last night.
Really? I couldn't understand a word he said. Can someone get this man to wear teeth?
