What a joke. Actually watching Congress at work. Who elected these idiots? Bastards on easy street. Getting fat off the back of taxpayers. So unorganized they don't even have an actual copy of the cap and trade bill they are debating. Anyone that supports this is a domestic terrorist. Lynch them all. Government is a parasite. As it continually grows, it impoverishes more and more Americans. Without the technological breakthroughs over the past century (which private industry was the vast driver of), can we really say we are living at a high standard than previous generations? I sure as hell don't see it. I see both spouses having to work just to keep families afloat.

The rich sure are getting richer. Those connected to the political class are plundering the wealth of the middle class. The expansion of government centers wealth in the hands of few. Wealth that is better suited in the pockets of the people. And the mindless drones that keep voting in people who promise more entitlements can't even see that the central planning of the last century has left my generation drowning in debt and impoverished from birth. **** you ass holes for ruining my future you selfish, parasitic, yuppy pricks.

Obviously connected to the political class, the terrorist Saganista takes great pleasure in generational theft, inflation, taxation, and poverty of the average american. Luckily, this country boy has land that they will have to pry from my cold dead fingers. The revolution is brewing. This system of legalized theft will fall on its face. My generation is waking up and they are pissed.

I'm listening to c-span and can't believe this as well. How can they debate a bill that doesn't exist yet ?

There was a bill but there was a 300 page amendment submitted at 2:30 in the morning that several in the House didn't see or know about.

The rep from Texas actually asked for a 15 minute recess so they could find a physical copy.
They then found out that there is a clerk still doing the editing to incorporate the amendment and it wasn't ready yet.

It was obvious that votes were bought ...the rep from FL thanked Waxman for adding money to build a hurricane center in Orlando, FL and a rep from Il thanked Waxman for adding money to support minority black women small business owners, and it goes on and on.

A question was asked to define these "new green jobs" ...nothing ...but there will be millions of new "green" jobs created.

Still listening as the House debates the 300 page amendment. Unbelieveable how our government operates.
