I'm confused about what you consider to be the truth. Just because other people share your opinion doesn't actually give your opinion more weight. If you picked six numbers for the lottery, and 12 million other people selected the same numbers, it wouldn't make those numbers more likely to win. I've asked you to support your opinion beyond a single sentence made in one speech years ago, and her membership in an organization that it can be argued only exists to advance acceptance of Hispanics in our society. She has served as a judge for 17 years, and issued hundreds of opinions. Where are the racist opinions? Where are the biased judgments?
Any you honestly think that even if I posted hundreds of instances I believed were biased you would magically change your mind and say "Wow, you were right"? Sorry, I have better things to do with my time then waste it trying to convince you of something you could never be convinced of.
No, I don't have a problem personally attacking Sotomayor on this forum because that's my right. You however are not allowed to personally attack others because you don't agree with them. Read the TOS genuis.
"You've earned your handle" is not a violation of the TOS, genius. If you're insulted enough to whine about something like that, I suggest you find another more gentle place to play.

I can back mine up. There is zero evidence that Sotomayor is racist. Your entire case is based on one comment made in one speech. So, your opinion is asinine. Yes, if you posted something that was convincing and irrefutable, I would change my mind. I've read through many of her decisions, and they are in fact more conservative than I think you'd probably expect. But jurists with prosecutorial experience actually tend to be more conservative in their rulings.

No, you can't back anything up. It's not based on fact, it's based on what you THINK. And no, that is not all my "case" is based on, go back and read my reasoning, not that it will make any difference.

Okay, so my opinion that is based on reading over most of her major rulings, reading her speeches, looking over her record, reading the SCOTUS bios and the summaries of her rulings as well as the evaluations of where those rulings fell in the political analysis, and watching the video of her at various public forums...

It is also due to her involvement with La Raza, and her decision on the New Haven, Ct firefighter case, which we've been over. But for the sake of argument, let's say it's based only on her comment taken "out of context". So let's switch a couple words in her comment: "I would hope that a wise white male with the richness of his experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a latina woman who hasn’t lived that life.”
Now try to pretend for a second that the cries of racism, SOLELY ON THAT COMMENT, wouldn't be heard from a mile away if the tables were turned.
