This horror show of an economy is all theirs. Make no mistake they will try to blame Bush for the next four years, but the voters will hold them responsible in 2010.

You may be old enough to remember "Bush cooked the books" the last time democrats needed an excuse for reneging on campaign promises. Skip ahead,...skip ahead,...it has a happy ending a couple years later.

I am afraid he is so arrogant that he really believes that healthcare will pay for itself. Kind of like Biden "we misread the economy". Or worse yet doesn't care, he'll leave it for Romney to fix in 2012.

He was told by economists the stimulus was not large enough.

But wingnuts don't have any grounds to complain.

They didn't want to to any governmental spending at all!!.....Just their knee jerk tax cuts...which Americans would have saved and not spent thus doing very little for the economic slump.

He's guilty of having no spine to stick up to right wing zealots.

They were elected because people thought they could change the economy. Now he is saying they have no clue?
Maybe people should be saying they misread both Obama and Biden?
He and Obama are crashing the economy instead of fixing it with their mistakes.
We cannot spend any more money and get nothing for it. The spending has to stop.
The only way to stimulate the economy is to give business tax cuts so they can grow and hire more people, instead Obama and Biden want to tax them to pieces. It simply will not work.
