And those people have been morons in my book for a while too. The only difference is that Elvis destroyed himself. He didn't pay millions in hush money to the families of little kids with whom he, as a grown adult, slept with in the same bed.

If you or I decided to invite children with whom we were not related to come spend time at our house, sleep in our bed, and do it all without their parents being present, we'd be looked at just a bit strangely and probably end up in jail.

At best and with the most clean motives, MJ was a really messed up guy, and I'd keep my kids away from him just on those grounds. The parents of these kids are also the ones to blame for putting them directly in MJ's path.

I don't condone sleeping in a bed with kids but the parents of said kids approved of it, maybe you should be attacking them. A parent is the one charged with protecting their child.

It all reaks of jealousy to me. This Congressman is using MJs death as a platform to spout off, plain and simple.

Uhhh...he's a politician. What do you expect? They are pretty much all bad people.

Harsh and derogatory statements have a way of returning back to the speakers to haunt them. Where has peter king been all this time? Why open his mouth now? The Lord spoke about the death of Michael Jackson years ago. He's the judge and Not peter king or any one else.
Would he have spoken so harshly about Elvis Presley and his known drug use that cost him his life? Farrah was no angel. I believe the guy is a sick racist!!!!
Let us take note of these people's death and seek to prepare to meet the Lord Jesus. We are all going to DIE just as they did. WILL YOU BE READY to meet the lord ? Will it be in peace(saved) or in Terror(a sinner)? Hebrews 9:27. God bless ALL of you and I will remember all in prayer.

IMO, those things were blown out of proportion just like the aftermath to his death.
I think the parents got more money from wacko jacko then a court would ever give him. Besides if it went to court and they found out about the little hidden room he kept for having sex with minors he would have been toast back in 1993. Yes giving alcohol and showing porn to minors is the mark of a great man.

What the heck are you talking about????

Why is it anytime a white person say anything remotely negative about a black person he's a racist? Farrah was no angel? She was...she was one of Charlies Angels...you need to get your facts straight. I believe Michael Jackson was a great musician 15 years ago. I also believe he was a really creepy human being that has fallen deeper and deeper into mental illness. Lastly, he is not some sought of hero that we need to have a US Postal Stamp dedicated to him. (MLK, WWII Veterans they deserve stamps dedicated to them) He was just another drug addicted celebrity of questionable morals.Race has absolutely no bearing on it. I call it the way I see it...and if thats racist...Oh well deal with it.

Your bible thumping rantings are really silly when you are judging people yourself and calling people names.

How can any one be called a racist? Wacko Jacko was a hell of a lot whiter than I am. If he is black I am a monkey's uncle. He may have been black once upon a time but he must have felt shame for being so because the last time I saw him on tv he was white and so was his children.

Just because someone dies, that doesn't magically transform them into a good person if they were not, make them normal if they were a freak, or remove the fact that they were a pervert or pedophile if they were one.

Now I have no way to know if Michael Jackson was in fact a pedophile, but I do know that he did ridiculous, strange, and poorly reflecting things such as letting strange boys sleep in his bed. I do know that he paid millions in hush money to children and their families, and I know that he dangled his kids from balconies and made them wear masks and gloves like little freaks.

So maybe you think it's tacky to speak of someone truthfully once they're dead but I don't. If you didn't deserve my respect when alive, then you certainly don't deserve it once you die.

What I think is tacky is this idol worship and show biz crap with people who have never met Jackson acting like they were his best friend or parent. Total strangers flying to LA to attend a service for someone who wrote and performed songs 25 to 30 years ago. That's a bit strange in my book. Sure, you enjoyed his music; you're sad he's dead....got it. To act like the end of the world has arrived because Michael Jackson died demonstrates the intellect of many Americans.
Born, Raised, and have lived in NY my entire life.

Still tacky. And I'm not a fan of Jackson.

This congressman is not a good representative of NY... and exploited this for some press time, as he has done time and time again.

Well I'd sooner have him exploiting the truth for a few minutes of airtime than have Chucky Schumer, Charlie Rangel, Al Sharpton, or any number of other NY area politicos getting their 15 minutes by spewing lies.

Yep, it's really important for him as a politician to speak out this rather than the 8 billion other real problems we have out here on LI.

Calling him a "low life" is abysmal. I for one never believed that MJ molested a child, not one. If I believed that, I would be the first to speak up and condemn him.

Perhaps the politician needs to address the needs of his constituents rather than talk about this subject.
