You mean to ALL of us. Remember, as a senator this mean-spirited and fatally unqualified comedian will vote on federal policy affecting us all.
"He attended Harvard College and graduated *** laude in 1973 with a bachelor of arts degree in political science.[9]"
n 2003, Franken served as a Fellow with Harvard's Kennedy School of Government at the Joan Shorenstein Center on the Press, Politics and Public Policy. from wkipedia. There is more, but I don't have time to cut and paste right now.
Americans have more respect for a retired comedian (Al Franken)
than a republican senator (ex-senator Norm Coleman)
What do you know about Norm Coleman tha makes you think he was more qualified other than his having an "R" after his name. I agree with Franken's stance on the major issues. He will be a good Senator.
BTW...Americans voted for the star of "Bedtime for Bonzo." Unfortunately, that turned out to be a fiasco. I think Al will do a great job though.

The joke is now on the U.S. public. Why we elect idiots who don't understand politics, economics and foreign policy I will never know. Don't we have enough fools in Congress who have a habit of signing spending bills without reading them?
