Hmm....
I totally believe that. Not to mention that every thinking American saw what was coming even though our elected leaders could not. I don't think they're ignorant, I just think they chose to ignore what the corporate lobbyists told them to ignore. I blame Congress first, businesses and banks second, and the people third.

Oh...nevermind. You'd defend Satan if he joined the Republican Party.

I'll remember that next time.
This video clearly shows that George Bush warned
Congress starting in 2001 that this economic crisis was
coming if something was not done. But Congress refused to
listen, along with the arrogant Congressman, Barney Frank.
The liberal media reportedly did not want this video on You Tube; it was taken off.

Laying the blame on Clinton and Frank, without taking responsibility for the years of complete Republican control of government, is intellectually dishonest. Are you intellectually dishonest, mo?
OK, by now we all know what Frank, Clinton, Dodd, Waters and the rest were up to, What specifically did Bush and the rest of the Republicans do or fail to do? Being alive on the same planet does not necessarily transfer guilt.

I'll concede that the republicans are guilty of not impeaching the members who undermined the financial safety nets and coercing banks and the GSEs to loan to people with 660 or lower credit scores. But aside from that what actions can you assign to republicans?

I would include the self-serving press in that list.

So no defense for Clinton? How about Frank?
Thank you for posting this link. Anytime I hear "Republican rule over the past XX years has destroyed this country" from liberals I will be sure to point them to the facts.
