Bill Cosby tried to point out such things and he was pretty much shunned by the black community. As long as these things are around, Racism and hate crimes will exist.
The notion that because of those things you listed are the reasons that racisim still exists is ridiculous. There are reasons on both sides of the aisle and to ignore the other reasons doesn't mean they don't exist.

I don't know...maybe its time for things to change, maybe its time for people to open their eyes and minds a bit more...if Al can do it maybe there is help for more people.

What does it matter anyway, his words and support for the investigation are out there which means he and others will support the outcome and challenge the comfortable views of others.

This attack shuld be treated like a hate crime because it is. There is a lot of black racist who hates whites. H*ll even our own first black president attended a black church for over 20 years that preached from the pulpit "hate whitie" sermons.

I'm white. Even as a U.S. soldier I wasn't permitted to vote until I turned 21. That was the law until the Twenty-Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which was adopted July 1, 1971, and I'm not even Irish.

You are quite the apologist and ignorer. Those who have indoctrinated you have done it well and should be congratulated.
Ok..thanks teach for the english lesson on a message board..Pretending in anywey (note the spelling) that the Irish faced what African Americans have is absurd. I missed them being enslaved in America. Blacks of NO freaking age could vote until the late 1960s..NONE...How some can be so pompass and ignorant at the same damn time.
