Maybe it is but we'll see..Really stupid either way. This statement is very interesting though.

Sounds like it to me too. I guess you have to be white to do a hate crime. Get used to it. That is the way things seem to be going. White people just don't matter anymore.
Our ancestors built a country where people can be free to do as they want and this is how they use that freedom. Some people just don't have the maturity to be free. With every privilege comes a responsibility. It is time for some to step up to the plate and be responsible or maybe they should rot in prison.
My husband said that the hate crime law is the dumbest thing he has ever heard. Just lock up the criminals. What was on their minds when they did the crime doesn't matter. He said every crime is a hate crime.

Might very well have turned the tables. But then again, had the white man fired a shot in self defense, he would have been guilty of a hate crime -- after all, he's white!
The only other problem I see is the white guilters will want to take your gun away, too. Next time around this guy could have his arse capped by a young, misunderstood, minority youth with a chip on his shoulder for whites.

Racism can't grow anymore..It sucks either way you spin it..Whites are feeling about .000000000000000001% of what blacks have been getting since the slave ships landed...No good in it. It just goes to show how much it sucks.
The problem is that black people don't want equality. They want to rule over us.
Any black person that shouts racism today is just doing it so they can take advantage of others. Slaves were freed over a 100 years ago and they at that time had the opportunity to go out and make it on their own just like anybody else. Some have and can really be proud of themselves. The reason the rest don't absolutely puzzles me.
A lot of black people are suffering from an unforgiving spirit. You can't move forward until you let go of the past. I hope they will soon be able to do this before they destroy our nation.
Might have made the situation worse. Man pulls gun and several of these violent young men pull gunS and kill his entire family..Nothing good could have come out of this situation.
