No he relwased a statement not long ago saying Pelosi and others were advise. this satement does not come from Panetta but is reeased by a democratic congressamn and other don't agree that Panetta said that.

Wow, since this does go back to 2001 wonder if these deceptions were what brought us into the Iraq War and wonder if Cheney was at all involved? Just curious.

"The letter does not explain what those "significant actions" were. But a source with knowledge of the dispute says it concerns Bush administration interrogation policies"

This is just cover for Pelosi, not specific enough to really say anything, but enough red meat for partisan democrats to find a reason to back off from Pelosi's melt down a while back. And it will keep the fire burning for the "Bush lied, and people died" crowd.
