No they passed a bunch of laws restricting freedoms "for our own good".
They built more bombs.
I guess they forgot to fix their own internal security.

For what it's worth, no one is ever safe from terrorism. It's a virus really. But yes, you're right, that administration did claim everything was all good. I just don't see it.

You cannot win a war on terrorism. Terrorism is not an army. It's all about instilling fear in civilians.

You're right about that....and a terrorist act doesn't have to include planes and bombs....in can include hacking into the Pentagon and Treasury department and the White House. It can include the destruction of our economy.

I am far more concerned about drunk drivers than Terrorists of any kind.

The worst part of all of this is that Obama took the Patriot Act and made it more bulletproof. But I don't hear or see any of the Obamatrons ranting about that.

Actually, I did hear people(I have no idea what an Obamatron is) who were mad about Obama continuing the Anti-American Act(Patriot Act) of the Cheney administration. It limits our freedoms but obviously couldn't put in place "Computer Safety".
