Personally, I don't find this surprising at all. If you've ever traveled the world, you've noticed that CNN is likely playing on any TV that the general public has the opportunity to watch (ie. airports, hotels, lobbies, etc.). I would be more surprised if CNN actually did NOT make more money than the other networks.

CNN has a better brand overall...they dominate video stream on the web and reach to more young people with facebook, twitter and all other web media..ohh and during the entire day CNN has more viewers.
