I just consulted with my Greedy Bastard Czar, and he thinks that I should get my fair share of tax money back before anymore bonuses are awarded.

True, but $235M of the bonuses are pending for the Financial Products Unit, which did f*ck it up.

well if these people are getting bonus, that means they are getting to goals that are set...if they're not reaching any goals and are getting bonuses than there is something wrong there.

I'm just wondering why all this government/taxpayer/my money was given for the bail-out and there wasn't any clause ANYWHERE that stopped bonus'.

Maybe the HeadUpMyButt Czar was in charge that day.

I need a job where I can F-up so bad that the government has to step in with 2 bailouts to save my company and I still get a bonus at the end of the year. Everywhere I have worked my employer paid us for performance and that's just total bull****. I prefer the AIG plan. If they throw in a couple of those corporate retreats along with the bonus I'll screw up so bad that it will take the government 3 bailouts to pull us through. Hell, I'll even burn the building down if they toss in a company car! I'm on board! Sign me up!
